- Ability to work well within a team environment.
- Perform various typing filling and other duties when needed.
- Retrieve and work in Windows based NT system.
- Use postage machine copy machine and faxes.
- Have two to five years office experience depending on job.
- Proficient in English grammar.
- Work well with little to no supervision.
- Prepare special reports when needed.
- Salary varies with position.
COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER
- To excel in basic communication skills and procedures, including both radio and telephone communication.
- Have a clean background.
- To monitor all radio transmission tapes.
- Ensure that all records are maintained properly.
- Basic knowledge and working proficiency of departments Cad system.
- Complete the FCIC/NCIC terminal user course.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Salary approx. $22,000.
