• Office hours are from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday thru Friday with exception of recognized holidays.

DUTIES OF THE CIVIL DIVISION

• Service and Execution of all civil and criminal process within the limits of Levy County, Florida
• Provide a Bailiff for all court hearings.
• Provide courthouse security(Levy County Courthouse)Judicial Wing

CIVIL PROCESS FEES AND LEVY DEPOSITS:

• SUMMONS: For each person served - minimum $40.00
• SUBPOENA: For each person served - minimum $40.00
• GARNISHMENT: For each party served - minimum $40.00
• DISTRESS WRIT: For each party served - minimum $40.00

SHERIFF'S LEVY:

• Normal size car or truck - minimum $2000.00
• Large truck - minimum $3000.00
• Real Estate - minimum $1000.00
• WRIT OF ATTACHMENT: - minimum $40.00
